What is Carboxytherapy for?

  • To reactivate microcirculation
  • To improve skin elasticity
  • To stimulate collagen
  • To break the adipocyte membrane with consequent lipolytic effect

What are the indications?

  • PEFS (edematous fibro sclerotic panniculopathy or also called cellulite)
  • Venouslymphatic insufficiency
  • Skin laxity
  • Localized adiposity

What are the contraindications and side effects of Carboxytherapy?

It is a safe method, it cannot trigger any allergic effect because carbon dioxide is naturally produced by our body, it is eliminated through the lungs and kidneys.

Side effects include possible bruising and mild subcutaneous discomfort.

When is it done?

Our protocol provides a cycle of ten sessions on a weekly basis and then a maintenance of four sessions every fortnight and then monthly.
